· Farm Raised Redfish production continues to be stable but limited. Order early to make sure you get your share!

· Live Crawfish season (Louisiana and Texas) is in full swing! Please call in advance to reserve yours!

· The Texas Department of State Health Services has closed shellfish harvesting at Aransas, Corpus Christi and Copano Bays, due to an algae bloom. (All our live Gulf oysters in the shell are coming from Louisiana)

· We also carry Live Oysters in the shell from the North Atlantic, ask your sales rep about Blue Point, Wellfleet or Martha’s Vineyard oysters!
