What’s new this month:

· The Texas Parks & Wildlife department has posted an advisory about consumption of seafood from Galveston Bay, (read advisory). While we do not handle any products from this area, we do encourage you to exercise caution and follow the advisory guidelines. Ask your sales person if you have any questions!

· Wild Pacific Salmon: During the summer and early fall, we will be offering Wild Pacific Salmon, King, Sockeye and Coho,  these fish may come from a number of different areas, Copper River, Stikine River, Sitka, Yukon River, Cooke Inlet and more. Commercial fisheries for wild King salmon in California and Oregon have been shut down this year.

· Live Crawfish season (Louisiana and Texas) is winding down, be sure to call in advance to determine if they are still available.

· Farm Raised Redfish production continues to be stable but limited. Order early to make sure you get your share!
